Stuffed Potato
Baked potatoes don’t have to be just the potato with some butter and sour cream. You can stuff your potato, and that can take the dinner side into a good meal choice for everyone at the table.
Potato Power
Swap using the white potato or yellow potato, and use a beautiful orange sweet potato. Making the switch will give you increased Vitamin A, potassium, and more fiber also. The skin of the sweet potato is what gives you a good jolt of Vitamin A, so no peeling these spuds!

- Ham & Egg
Add ¼ cup cubed ham and 1 fried egg, and drizzle with maple syrup for a twist. Yum! - Apple & Turkey Bacon
This time dice ½ a medium apple and add 2 tablespoons blue cheese dressing and 2 slices turkey bacon, crumbled. Interesting! - Pizza
Use 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1/8 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, and a few pepperoni pieces for some pizza fun! - Curry & Peanuts
Try 3 tablespoons curry sauce, ¼ cup crushed peanuts, with 1 tablespoon of cilantro can make a great meal.
